- Most orders are processed within 2 to 3 buisness days of receipt of your payment and shipped using UPS. You will have the option of selecting how fast your hand made jewelry arrives during checkout.
- All shipped jewelry will be insured for the purchased value.
- Shipping and Handling rates apply within the continental United States.
We know how hard it is to buy jewelry from a website and we want
you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here are the
guidelines that need to be followed
- KatieO allows returns provided the jewelry is returned within 10 days of delivery of the item.
- All returned jewelry must be in "as delivered", "new" condition.
- Original shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. Additionally you are required to pay the cost of shipping the jewelry back to KatieO as well as providing that shipping insurance for at least the original purchase price of the item be purchased through your shipper.
- Credit for the item will be returned to you in the form of the original payment
- The validity of this return policy is based on your inspection of the jewelry at the moment of delivery. It is best to inspect the item while in the presence of the delivery person for insurance reasons. If the item is damaged, do not accept delivery.
- You must inform KatieO within 24 hours of receipt of your jewelry should it be damaged in any way.
How To Return An Item:
- Please Contact Us within 4 days of receipt of the item to obtain a return authorization number (RAN). Returned jewelry will not be processed without a RAN.
- Please print out the E-mail containing the RAN and include it with your full Name, Address, Phone Number, and E-mail address and the reason for the return.
- Jewelry must be shipped securely packaged, insured for original purchase price, shipping prepaid and must be received by KatieO within 6 days of receipt of your RAN.
- KatieO recommends shipping via insured FedEx, insured UPS or insured Parcel Post for tracking purposes.
- KatieO does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned jewelry is lost, stolen, or mishandled in any way. Please note that KatieO will not accept any packages delivered C.O.D.
- Upon receipt of your retuned jewelry, KatieO will send you an E-mail regarding the status of your return. We will process your return request within two days following receipt of returned jewelry.
