Do you allow returns

Yes - we know how hard it is to buy jewelry from a website and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.   There are a few guidelines that need to be followed so click link below to see our policy.

Do you Insure my jewelry shipment?

All jewelry that leaves KatieO will be insured for it's purchased price. KatieO covers the insurance cost on the item.
 

How long before my jewelry ships?

 

Most orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of your payment.  Due to popularity of the Safari cuffs - they may take longer.  We will always let you know at time of order.
 

How is my jewelry shipped?

KatieO uses UPS exclusively, you can determine the speed of delivery at check out.   All jewelry items will be carefully wrapped in a KatieO retail box with lots of padding to keep your jewelry safe.
